About ICCD

The International Collaborations & Capacity Development (ICCD) Division of IIFT undertakes activities to build the institute’s global networks by collaborating with institutions across the world for carrying out a wide spectrum of academic arrangements. Student and faculty exchanges form the key pillar of IIFT’s academic collaborations.

The ICCD Division works to extend its global linkages through memberships of renowned international associations like AACSB, EFMD and AIB. The stage for joint academic initiatives is enhanced through such engagements. In continuation of its efforts to strengthen its global presence, the Division also takes up the responsibility to participate in pertinent accreditations and rankings, national as well as international.

Capacity Development is another important function of the ICCD Division. The Division ensures appropriate guidelines are defined and implemented to allow advancement of IIFT faculty through participation in national and international training programs, workshops, conferences, and discussions.

ICCD Head Message

Dr. Niti Nandini Chatnani

“To be an Academic Center of Excellence in International Business research, training and education.” This is the vision of IIFT, and the ICCD Division was formally established to uphold this vision. The objectives of ICCD revolve around enabling IIFT to harness the best practices in Management Education from leading Business Schools through collaborations, joint research and training programs, and exchanges of ideas and resources.

We value our international connections. Through its Accreditation and Ranking activities, ICCD takes up memberships of reputed international organizations in business management, works to obtain coveted accreditations and rankings, and participates in recognized rankings of business schools and universities.

Besides being an AACSB accredited institute, we are active members of global networks like EFMD, AACSB and AIB and have student exchange relationships with some of the best B-schools across the globe.

The Division facilitates the IIFT’s global partnerships worldwide through various academic activities, including academic support systems, to ensure a continuous improvement in program design, course design, curriculum review, student engagement and assurance of attainment of course objectives.
