About the Division

The Division of Alumni Affairs at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) serves as the vital link between the institute and its diverse global alumni community. It is dedicated to fostering lifelong connections by providing a dynamic platform for networking, professional growth, and continuous engagement. Through city chapters, reunions, mentorship programs, and exclusive events, the division encourages active participation from alumni to contribute to the growth of IIFT and support current students. With a comprehensive online Alumni Portal and regular communications, the division ensures that alumni remain informed, connected, and empowered to collaborate across industries and geographies. Together with the student-led Alumni Relations Committee, the division celebrates achievements, cultivates meaningful interactions, and strengthens the enduring bond between IIFT and its alumni worldwide

It gives me immense pride to share that since its inception in 1963, the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) has nurtured a distinguished legacy of shaping leaders who have made a mark across the globe. Today, our alumni network has grown into a vibrant community of over 50,000 members in more than 30 countries, standing as the true strength and pride of the Institute.

At the Division of Alumni Affairs, our constant endeavour is to deepen this bond by creating meaningful avenues for connection—be it through engaging chapter meets, the iconic Grand Alumni Reunion, mentorship programs, or professional networking opportunities. The Alumni Portal (alumni.iift.edu) further strengthens this ecosystem by providing a platform to share ideas, achievements, and collaborations.
