Dr. Ramanjaneyulu Mogili
Assistant Professor (on Contract)
Ramanjaneyulu Mogili is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), Kakinada, specialising in Marketing. He holds a PhD in Management from the University of Hyderabad and completed a Postdoctoral Fellowship from NIT Tiruchirappalli, with research focused on service recovery and related marketing domains. His academic expertise includes statistical methods, marketing analytics, and research methodology. His research interests span Service Quality, Service Recovery, Sustainable Marketing, Retail Strategy, and Human Resource Management, with emphasis on emerging markets and global business contexts. He is actively engaged in teaching, research, curriculum development, and executive education. He has served as a session speaker for BSNL employee training programs at Nalgonda, Telangana, and Aries Futura Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, Telangana. He was an International Summer School Fellow on Sustainable Agri-Food Management (SAMI) in Indonesia and attended the Virtual Symposium Organised by IBS-Americas in São Paulo, Brazil. He has also been recognised with a Best Research Paper Award from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka.
