The Global Business Research Conference (GBRC) 2025, hosted by IIFT New Delhi from 26–28 March 2025, brought together over 200 delegates from 11 countries for discussions on the theme “Beyond Boundaries: Reimagining Research for a Globalized World.”

The conference received 209 submissions, accepted 165, and saw 112 presentations across 22 technical sessions. Collaborations included leading journals and institutions, with major sponsorship from Sage, KVIC, and CRIT.

GBRC featured pre-conference workshops, an inaugural session with eminent speakers, a Meet the Editors forum, and a plenary on economic disruptions. The valedictory session highlighted key outcomes and presented Best Paper Awards across multiple tracks, including the Overall Best Paper.

GBRC 2025 successfully fostered global academic exchange, interdisciplinary dialogue, and research collaboration, setting a strong foundation for GBRC 2026.
