The 18-month On-Campus Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Human Resource Development and Management is designed to enhance the managerial competence of senior and middle-level executives by providing systematic knowledge in all facets of human resource management. The programme focuses on developing strategic HR leaders equipped to meet the demands of the modern workforce, with advanced learning in talent acquisition, organisational behaviour, and HR analytics. Classes are conducted on weekends at IIFT, Delhi in physical mode, ensuring minimal disruption to professional commitments. Each semester includes a ‘Contact Week’ module—an intensive 4–5 day series of consecutive classes—designed to deepen learning through immersive engagement.

The Post Graduate Diploma in Management – Human Resource Development & Management (PGDM-HRDM) is an 18-month executive weekend programme focused on strategic HR leadership, global workforce planning, and talent management in dynamic international contexts.

- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer is required at the time of admission in case of a sponsored candidates.
- Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PWD/EWS candidates as per Government of India rules.

Admission Process
- 1 Eligibility Verification Candidates must ensure they fulfill all prescribed eligibility requirements before proceeding to the next stage of the admission process.
- 2 Written Test All eligible applicants will be required to appear for a Written Test conducted at designated IIFT campuses to assess their aptitude and subject knowledge.
- 3 Group Discussion Candidates shortlisted from the Written Test will participate in a Group Discussion or Extempore round to evaluate communication, analytical ability, and teamwork skills.
- 4 Personal Interview Applicants who clear the GD/Extempore stage will be invited for a Personal Interview to assess overall suitability, motivation, and career goals.
- 5 Final Selection Candidates who perform well in all stages will be considered for the final merit list and offered admission to the program.
