The 18-Month On-Campus Post Graduate Diploma in Management – International Business (PGDM-IB) is designed exclusively for working professionals seeking to advance their managerial expertise without putting their careers on hold. This specialized programme equips participants with strategic capabilities to lead and manage multinational business operations in today’s dynamic global environment.
Tailored for senior and mid-level executives, the curriculum provides comprehensive, structured knowledge across all key domains of international business—from global trade dynamics to cross-border strategy and operations.
Classes are conducted on weekends at the IIFT Delhi campus in physical mode, ensuring minimal disruption to professional responsibilities. Each semester also features an intensive ‘Contact Week’ module, consisting of 4–5 consecutive days of immersive learning, fostering deeper engagement and peer collaboration.

- A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the employer is required at the time of admission in case of a sponsored candidate.
- Seats are reserved for SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PWD/EWS candidates as per Government of India rules.
- There is no age limit for applicants.
- Duration: 18 Months
- Mode: On-campus (IIFT Delhi), weekend classes
- Contact Week: One intensive weekday module per semester
- Classes may be shifted online based on administrative decisions or government directives

- Payable in 5 installments

Admission Process
- 1 Eligibility Verification Candidates must ensure they fulfill all prescribed eligibility requirements before proceeding to the next stage of the admission process.
- 2 Written Test All eligible applicants will be required to appear for a Written Test conducted at designated IIFT campuses to assess their aptitude and subject knowledge.
- 3 Group Discussion Candidates shortlisted from the Written Test will participate in a Group Discussion or Extempore round to evaluate communication, analytical ability, and teamwork skills.
- 4 Personal Interview Applicants who clear the GD/Extempore stage will be invited for a Personal Interview to assess overall suitability, motivation, and career goals.
- 5 Final Selection Candidates who perform well in all stages will be considered for the final merit list and offered admission to the program.
