Hostel Facilities
The Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) and the MBA (International Business) are fully residential programmes, temporarily running from JNTUK Kakinada. To accommodate the students, IIFT Kakinada has temporarily acquired three hostel facilities, a Girls Hostel at Siddhartha Nagar and two Boys Hostels at Thimmapuram Village and Jagannathpuram, Kakinada. The students will be shifted to a permanent hostel once our own campus becomes functional.
The Hostel Facilities in Permanent Campus located at Ponnada, U. Kothapalli Mandal, Kakinada
The Permanent Campus is located in Ponnada Village, approximately 28 kilometers from Kakinada. The hostel facilities at the campus comprise separate blocks for boys and girls, each consisting of G+4 .

Additionally, there are four specially designed rooms on the ground floor (two for boys and two for girls) to accommodate students with divyang studetns.
- A common dining area with full air conditioning is located on the ground floor, providing a seating capacity for approximately 180 students.
- The hostel building is equipped with solar power facilities installed on the rooftop.
- A 24/7 power backup system ensures uninterrupted electricity supply.

- RO water purifiers and water coolers on each floor
- Each room is equipped with two wardrobes, two beds, and two study tables with chairs

- Resident caretakers responsible for student welfare, safety, and discipline
The Timmapuram Boys Hostel is located approximately 5 km from the current IIFT campus located in JNTUK Campus. It has 42 rooms, all on a double-occupancy basis. The hostel features a dedicated mess facility with adequate seating arrangements for dining.
A common area is available for students to unwind and engage in indoor games such as foosball and table tennis. The common area is also equipped with a television, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and recreation.
Situated in a green environment and well-guarded premises, the hostel offers a safe and pleasant living experience. The commute to campus takes approximately 15 minutes, ensuring convenient access for students and the Institute has provided bus facility for travelling between campus and the hostel.
The Siddarath Nagar Girls Hostel (New Hostel – NH) is located approximately 2 km from the current IIFT campus located in JNTUK Campus. The building has a G+5 structure and comprising 38 rooms, all on a double-occupancy basis, providing comfortable accommodation to the residents.
The hostel features a dedicated dining area with adequate seating arrangements for all the hostellers.

The Jagannath Puram Boys Hostel is located approximately 8 KM from the current IIFT campus located in JNTUK Campus s. The building has a G+2 structure and comprises 14 rooms, all on a double-occupancy basis, providing comfortable accommodation for the residents.
The classrooms are well-equipped with modern educational tools, including an interactive panel, projector and projector screen, collar microphone, and other essential facilities to support high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
