Library Facilities
IIFT Kolkata, established in 2006, has a fully automated library growing with traditional and digital resources.
Aligned with the institute's vision and mission, the library supports educational, research, and training programs by providing access to current and relevant information in various formats.
The library boasts over 13,500 documents, including textbooks, reference books, periodicals, bound volumes, and audio-visual materials in management and related subjects. The library provides access to an extensive collection of full-text online journals and several databases like Bloomberg, JSTOR, Science Direct, EBSCO, ProQuest, Emerald, Euromonitor, etc.

Textbooks
The library has a comprehensive collection of both Indian and foreign books across various disciplines.
Reference Books
This collection includes handbooks, encyclopaedias, dictionaries and in-house publications.
Literature
The library offers a sizeable collection of fiction and non-fiction books.
Journals
The library provides access to a wide range of peer-reviewed journals in the management domain
Bound Volumes
The library has preserved bound volumes of valuable periodicals since 2006.
Newspapers
The library subscribes to 14 newspapers in various Indian languages.
e-journals and e-databases
The library provides access to major e-resources both in bibliographic and full-text formats.
Service Hours
The library remains open 24x7 throughout the year except on national holidays or any other holidays declared by the IIFT. The circulation counter operates from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.
