West Bengal State Rural Livelihoods Mission (WBSRLM): Retail Selling Skills
This programme focused on equipping rural entrepreneurs and SHG members with essential retail selling techniques to enhance their market presence and boost income generation. The sessions covered customer handling, product presentation, pricing strategies, and communication skills. Interactive role-plays and simulations were used to build confidence and practical understanding. The training was designed to support WBSRLM’s mission of sustainable livelihood promotion through capacity building at the grassroots level.
